Game data on your device
Your level, coins, stars, gallery, daily-garden streak, settings and the garden in progress are saved locally. The game has no player account or cloud save. Deleting the app removes its local data.
Analytics and crash reports
Google Firebase Analytics (game statistics) and Crashlytics (crash reports) are off by default. On first launch the game asks you to turn each one on separately; nothing is sent until you do. They process installation and device identifiers, device/OS/app information, session and gameplay events, language, progression, virtual-currency events and crash diagnostics. Network requests expose connection information such as IP addresses to service providers; Analytics may derive approximate location. We use this information to understand gameplay and diagnose faults. We do not ask for your name or email inside the game.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, the game sends your stars, the number of gardens in bloom and levels solved, and your daily-garden streak to Apple's Game Center leaderboards. Apple processes this under its own privacy policy; we receive no name or contact details from it. Game Center is optional and can be turned off in iOS Settings.
Providers and international processing
Google receives telemetry through Firebase and processes it under its applicable terms. Processing may take place outside your country. Email and hosting providers also process communications or server requests needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal data. See Google's linked privacy information for its processing and safeguards.
Purchases
When you make a purchase, Apple processes the payment and shares only a transaction record with us (product, transaction and original-transaction identifiers, purchase and revocation dates), which the app uses to credit the purchase once.
Advertising
Tintgarden shows ads through Unity LevelPlay mediation (ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and other networks switched on in that dashboard): short interstitials between levels and reward videos you choose to watch for coins. Ad networks process device information, ad interaction and an advertising identifier where permitted; on iOS this identifier is available to them only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. “Personalized ads” is off by default and can be switched on or off in the game's Settings; while it is off, ads are shown without using your data for personalization. Buying “Remove Ads” stops interstitials; reward videos remain optional.
Reminders
With your permission, the game schedules local notifications after one day, three days and a week without playing. They are created and cancelled on your device only; nothing is sent to us. Turn them off in the game's Settings or in iOS Settings.
Website and support
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how pages are used. Its cookies and measurement are switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Data goes to Google under its privacy policy. The hosting service may keep access logs, including IP address and requested page. If you use the contact form, we receive the email address and message you enter, plus the request's IP address and browser signature for abuse protection, and use them to answer your request. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which loads a Google script on pages with the form and processes browser and device signals under Google's privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
Local progress stays until reset or removed. We retain support correspondence and service data only as needed to resolve requests, operate and secure the service, and meet applicable legal obligations; telemetry retention also depends on the provider's settings and policies. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need information to locate relevant records. You can turn either switch off at any time in the game's Settings; a local progress reset does not erase previously transmitted reports.
Children and changes
A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's data. Age suitability will be stated in the App Store listing. We will update this notice when our processing changes and provide additional notice or consent where required. Applicable privacy rights, including the right to contact a supervisory authority, remain unaffected.
Android and Google Play
On Android, Google Play Games takes the place of Game Center: if you are signed in, the game sends your stars, the number of gardens in bloom and levels solved, and your daily-garden streak to its four leaderboards. Sign-in starts only after you have answered the privacy question on first launch. Google processes this under its own policies; its SDK also processes technical, diagnostic and identifier data to operate the service. Google Play processes payments and provides purchase records, including product IDs and purchase tokens, for verification, delivery and restoration. We do not receive full card details. Firebase game statistics and crash reports are sent only after you turn them on, on first launch or later in Settings; the game requests its settings from Firebase Remote Config only after you turn on either one. Android shows the ads described under Advertising, through Unity LevelPlay with Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. There is no Apple tracking prompt on Android: the networks may read the device's Android advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in the device settings. The “Personalized ads” switch works as described there and is off by default. Reminders are local notifications: on Android 13 and later the game asks for notification permission after your first solved garden, and nothing leaves the device.
