Terms of use
These terms explain the use of Tintgarden and its website, provided by Regeora LLC. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), linked below. Playing and using the site
Use the game and site lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with their security or distribute modified copies without permission. Permissions and restrictions in the Apple EULA and applicable law still apply.
Progress and virtual items
Progress and unlocks are stored locally in the current version. Virtual currency and items are for use in the game, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Keep this local-storage limitation in mind before resetting progress or removing the app.
In-app purchases
Tintgarden offers optional in-app purchases through Apple: coin packs of 100, 300 and 700 coins (consumable, added to the profile on this device) and “Remove Ads” (a one-time purchase that stops interstitial ads on this Apple account, restorable in the game's Settings). The product, price and conditions are shown before you confirm; Apple handles payment and we never receive your card details. Coin packs are consumed when credited and cannot be restored as unused purchases. Coins pay for hints. Purchases are optional: every level can be solved by logic alone, without hints or purchases. Refund requests go through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Possible subscriptions
No subscriptions are active today. If offered, the purchase screen will state the benefits, price, billing period, renewal conditions and any trial terms. An auto-renewing subscription continues until cancelled under the displayed terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings; cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Advertising
The free version shows short ads between levels, not before your eighth completed level after installing the game, then at most once every three levels and at least 90 seconds apart, and offers reward videos you may choose to watch for coins. The reward and viewing conditions are shown before you watch. Ads are provided by third-party networks under their own terms; “Remove Ads” stops the interstitials.
Ownership and support
TINTGARDEN and the game and website materials are owned by Regeora LLC or their respective licensors. Using them does not transfer ownership. We provide game support through the contact form on the support page; Apple is not responsible for providing app maintenance or support.
Updates and your rights
The game and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated as required. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or other law. Contact us for questions about these terms.
Android and Google Play
On Android, Regeora LLC licenses Tintgarden for personal use under these terms; Google Play's applicable terms also apply to distribution and purchases, and the references above to Apple and Apple's EULA apply to the Apple version only. Android offers the same optional coin packs of 100, 300 and 700 coins and “Remove Ads” through Google Play. Prices and purchase conditions appear before confirmation. Coin packs are consumed when credited; restore “Remove Ads” using the same Google Play account. Refunds follow Google Play's rules and mandatory consumer rights. Ads work as described under Advertising. No subscriptions are currently active. Regeora LLC provides game support.
